How a Home-Grown T Cell Receptor Interacts with a Foreign Landscape

The ability of a T cell receptor (TCR) to directly recognize foreign (allogeneic)-major histocompatibility complex (MHC) molecules underlies T cell-mediated rejection in patients receiving allogeneic organ transplants.
