The perchlorate effect with metallo-cyanide complexes on cellulose anion exchange thin layers

The effect of NaClO4 concentration on the Rf value for [Fe(CN)6]4−, [Fe(CN)6]3−, [FeNO(CN)5]2−, [Au(CN)2]−, CrO2−4, [PtCl4]2−, CNS− and [AuCl4]− on DEAE cellulose thin layers is studied. Perchlorate is shown to have strong desorbing effect on all the anions, known as the perchlorate effect. Nitrate behaves similarly but less effectively.
