Presenting new MCDM framework based on SWARA-VIKOR in personnel selection

In recent decades, personnel have become more important for organizations. Organizations enjoy high effectiveness because of their personnel’s abilities and skills. Selecting the best applicants for recruiting is so important for organizations and managers. Maybe the best perspective for this aim is MCDM framework. Organizations should know the important criteria for selecting prospective personnel and then evaluate those using MCDM methods. This study is established based on new MCDM framework, SWARA-VIKOR. SWARA is applied for evaluating criteria and calculation of their weights and VIKOR is utilized for evaluating and ranking alternatives. The SWARA part is based on 8 experts’ viewpoints and VIKOR section is based on an example. This study presents a new framework for personnel selecting that can be helpful for organizations and top managers all around the world.
