  • Abstract
    The aim of this article is categorizing the price satisfactions based on KANO model. In order to collect data the questionnaire have been used which are distributed between 193 costumers of Sony Computer Company in Iran market. In order to analyze data and concluding results, the SPSS software is used. Also our research is based on structural equation model. The results show that in terms of the impact of price satisfaction, Steady decline in prices has the highest impact on customer satisfaction and price. On the other hand, Relevance price-income people, has the highest frequency of customer perspective and so on motivational aspects and performance analysis are also identified.
