Abstract
Carbon nanotubes are attractive materials as a building block of quantum dot devices because of their small diameter. However, to fabricate integrated quantum dot devices, device fabrication processes suitable for nanotubes have to be developed. In this paper, we present our approach to fabricate a single quantum dot, coupled quantum dots and single electron inverter with two single electron transistors integrated in series, as a first step to realize more complicated quantum dot devices.
