Abstract
Within a Holstein type coupling and using Greenʹs function technique, the effect of the electron–phonon interaction on the electrical conductivity of (10, 0) semiconducting carbon nanotubes is examined. A crossover which divides the temperature dependent electrical conductivity in two temperature regions has been found. Before the crossover, the electrical conductivity increases with increasing the electron–phonon coupling while after it, the conductivity decreases with increasing the electron–phonon strength.
