A prediction for the thermal conductivity coefficient of liquids along the saturation line Original Research Article

The thermal conductivity coefficient of twenty six liquids have been evaluated along the saturation line from the simulation data by means of the roughness factor, introduced by Chandler. The agreement with the experimental results is excellent in the analyzed range and allows us reasonably its extension to other regions where the experimental information is absent and even the application to other liquids.
