Abstract
Effect of SFWO thickness on exchange bias field (HE) and blocking temperature (TB) in Sr2FeMoO6 (SFMO)/Sr2FeWO6 (SFWO) multilayer thin films fabricated on single crystal LaAlO3 substrates using PLD had been thoroughly investigated. The exchange-biasing field HE was found to decrease with increase in temperature. The functional dependence of blocking temperature (the temperature at which the exchange-biasing field HE between an antiferromagnetic (AF) and a ferromagnet (FM) vanishes) on thickness was found to follow a power law relationship, which is consistent with the finite size scaling phenomenon.
