Abstract
5-Perfluoroalkylsubstituted isoxazoles are prepared readily from the reaction of nitrile oxide generated in situ from RCH2NO2, TEA and POCl3 with ethyl 3-perfluoroalkyl-3-pyrrolidino-acrylates, which were obtained by treatment of α-perfluoroalkyl ethyl acetate with pyrrolidine in the presence of base.
