Abstract
Novel enynes have been synthesized by three-component coupling reactions of aldehydes, dienophiles and amides (AAD-reaction; see preceding manuscript) and were converted via catalytic Pauson–Khand- and Alder–Ene-reactions to give functionalized di-, tri- and tetracyclic lactam derivatives in good yields.
