  • Abstract
    A generalized method for solving the inverse problem of the kinematics of relative-manipulation mechanisms with redundant degrees of freedom is proposed. The problem of choosing the manipulator configuration ensuring minimal errors in reproducing complex three-dimensional surfaces is solved.
