Abstract
We present the results of experimental investigations of weak turbulence in the system of capillary waves on the charged surface of liquid hydrogen. The formation of the Kolmogorov cascade was observed in the frequency interval from ~100Hz to ~10 kHz. It was found that the correlation function of the surface deviation from the equilibrium flat state can be described by a power function with index m=-3.7±0.3 for the case of exciting the surface by harmonic force at one frequency and with m=-3±0.3 for the case of excitation at two frequencies. The results are in qualitative agreement with theoretical predictions.
