Abstract
We have proposed a new stochastic simulation method of polymer rheology which takes account of the reptation, contour length fluctuation and constraint release. Applications to the elongational viscosities of linear polydisperse polymers show good agreement with experiments. Especially, strong enhancement of the strain hardening by addition of small amount of very high molecular weight component is correctly predicted.
