Traffic analysis in a double grain Dataflow array processor

One of the main problems of Dataflow architecture is the high communication overhead. This paper is dedicated to estimation of traffic densities in the communication links of a proposed Dataflow machine having a double grain array architecture. Results show a distinct advantage of it over existing Dataflow machines so far as communication bottlenecks are concerned. The machine however, is not infinitely scaleable.
