A new methodological trial on statistical analysis of construction equipment noise

This paper presents a new statistical procedure of modelling the construction equipment noise and attempts to evaluate the noise fluctuations at a working area by introducing a statistical model for the system machine-noise. The results are expressed as a functional expansion and the stochastic models, that give the solution to the problem are confidence zones and prediction zones of noise, based on the statistical theory of regression analysis and analysis of variance and is valid in every case.
