Abstract
The mechanical properties of G200CrMoNi4-6-3 cast steel used for mill rolls were characterized in this work. The influence of cooling rate (during heat treatment) and hypereutectoid cementite morphology on G200CrMoNi4-6-3 cast steel fracture toughness was determined. The fracture toughness was measured by KIC test as well as by impact strength and static bend test. Gulajevʹs method was used for the impact strength results interpretation.
