We consider binary relations ⪯ admitting a conditional measure of uncertainty φ (precisely plausibility, possibility and their dual functions), which locally represents ⪯: for every pair image, the measure image almost represents for any hypothesis image, and represents ⪯ under the most specific hypothesis image.
