Abstract
The nucleus 134La has been produced using the 124Sn(15N, 5n) reaction. High-spin states have been observed to a maximum spin of 24+ using the CAESAR HPGe array. Bands have been observed that are suggested to be based on the View the MathML source, View the MathML source, View the MathML sourceView the MathML source, and View the MathML source configurations. A band fragment, with features similar to the chiral band of 134Pr, is proposed as the chiral partner of the View the MathML source band.
