Determination of the parity of the pentaquark baryons : image and image Original Research Article

We study the determination of the parity of the pentaquark baryons in two different processes. First, we investigate the Θ+ production via the View the MathML source reaction process which was proposed to determine unambiguously the parity of the Θ+. We observe clear differences in the total cross sections and the spin observable Axx. As for the Ξ5 in the View the MathML source one hundred times larger than that for the negative parity one due to a huge destructive interference.
