Overview of results on jets from the CMS Collaboration

This paper reviews recent experimental results on jet production and properties in heavy-ion collisions from the CMS Collaboration. These studies include various energy loss phenomena (di-jet and photon-jet energy imbalance, nuclear modification factors – image – for inclusive and b-quark jets); observables related to jet properties like jet shapes and fragmentation functions; and measurements of high-image charged hadrons (image up to image, azimuthal asymmetry up to image and two-particle correlations triggered by a high-image hadron). The presented results utilize the high statistics PbPb data, about image, collected in 2011 at the LHC.
