Abstract
The PHENIX experiment has analyzed data produced in beam energy scans performed by the Relativistic Heavy Ion Collider at Brookhaven National Laboratory, that cover an energy range of image to 200 GeV. Analyses search for signatures of the onset of sQGP formation and the QCD critical point by examining the evolution of event characteristics versus centrality as image is varied. Results from excitation studies of global variables and their fluctuations, parton energy loss, image and anisotropic flow are presented.
