α-decay calculations of light mass nuclei above doubly magic 100Sn Original Research Article

The α-decay half-lives of Te, I, Xe, Cs, and Ba isotopes have been systematically investigated using a radial wave function within the generalized density-dependent cluster model. The calculated α-decay half-lives are found to be in good agreement with the experimental data. Useful predictions on the partial half-lives of several promising α-emitters are also given for reference in future experiments.
