European patent information 2007: EPO policy reformulated Original Research Article

This article describes the main practical aspects of the EPO’s reformulated patent information policy. These are – further improved support to member states, – enhanced barrier-free access to patent information, – facilitating high quality patent applications, – providing new tools for non-professionals and – further development of information, training and monitoring needs.
