Abstract
The critical temperature of the spin-1/2 Ising superlattice with impurities is examined using the effective field theory with a probability distribution technique that accounts for the self-spin correlation functions. We discuss the effects of the interlayer and the intralayer exchange couplings, the concentration of magnetic atoms.
