Abstract
A new hydrogen-bonded network featuring bicapped dimerized polyanion, image (1) (bpy = 4,4′-bipyridine), has been synthesized under hydrothermal conditions. The study of electrochemical property of compound 1 shows it undergoes three two-electron redox processes.
