Abstract
A novel double-Dawson-anion-templated, triangular trinuclear Cu-trz unit-based metal–organic framework [CuII8(trz)6(μ3-O)2(H2O)12][P2W18O62]·4H2O (1) (Htrz = 1,2,4-triazole), has been hydrothermally synthesized and characterized by routine methods. Compound 1 is the first example of the Cu3-triad triangular unit-based three-dimensional (3D) metal–organic framework templated by double [P2W18O62]6− polyoxoanions. Furthermore, the electrochemical property of compound 1 has been studied.
