  • Abstract
    In todayʹs competitive world, capital is regarded as the most productive human resources, which can cause changes in other organizational factors and provide the fundamental results. Today, the strength of a country depends on the quality of manpower and productivity. In order to productivity of human resources have to provide required organizational and structural prerequisites and must be under constant attention. Thus, in these regard applying EFQM model can be very affective. This model can cause to growth and improvement of the organization in all aspects including human resources. This paper, meanwhile discuss the models of organizational excellence and utilization of human resources, elaborate relationship between these variables and make recommendations in order to improve the productivity of human resources presents.
