In-Shoe Force Measurements and Hoof Balance

Hoof balance is a highly debated topic in hoofcare, in part due to difficulty in quantifying force on the solar hoof. A new protocol for in-horseshoe force measuring provides insight into hoof impact in various conditions- with and without rider, in various substrates (footings), and during athletic performance on multiple limbs.
