  • Abstract
    The purpose of the study was to inspect strategic human resource plans and its role on organization creativity & innovation in Tehran municipality, region20. The study used to descriptive method of data collection. The population in this study was the whole staff at municipality, region 20 who they have B.As or higher degree, that they were 180 people. The sample size appraised 100 people with Cochran function. Based on research topic, surveying all of the related factors to strategic human resource planning is very difficult and entails to spend long time, which according to various observations among a large number of factors in this case, selected four factors of strategic human resource plans in which are involving more and inspected as the independent variables. After determination and confirmation of the indexes that related with independent variables, the questionnaire was prepared and distributed in the statistical sample. The data were analyzed by SPSS soft ware. And the result showed that: the strategic human resource plans made more innovation andcreativity in municipality, region 20.
