Abstract
The balanced scorecard is one of the most successful tools in the field of performance evaluation that involve four perspectives:
financial, customer, internal process, and learning and growth. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the performance of
organizational management in a credit institution named Imam Reza Fund using BSC model. The study population was composed
of managers who were working in Imam Reza Funds and clients who were using their services. The results show the performance
of organizational management through use of the balanced scorecard’s four perspectives.
