Abstract
The influence of the calcination temperature and doping on the structural and electrical properties of SnO2 nanopowders for gas sensors is investigated. The effectivity of grinding before and/or after calcination of the oxide will be discussed in terms of both structural modifications and electrical response of gas sensors.
