The (r, 1)-designs with 13 points

An (r, 1)-design is a linear space (i.e. a finite incidence structure in which through 2 different points there is exactly one line and where every line contains at least 2 points) where through every point there are exactly r lines. s paper the 13849 (r, 1)-designs with 13 points are discussed. All (r, 1)-designs with at most 12 points were constructed earlier in [6] and [7].
