Abstract
In this work, a Fourier spectral method for a class of nonlinear, nonlocal dispersive wave equations with periodic boundary conditions is analyzed. Optimal error estimates in H 1 / 2 -norm are obtained for the both semi-discrete and fully discrete schemes.
