A New Pharmacodynamic Model of Antiarrhythmic Drugs

A new model using rational functions is proposed for the pharmacodynamics of antiarrhythmic drugs. It can describe both positive and negative effects, as well as different asymptotic effect levels. The method for determining parameters is presented and applied to experimental data. This model fits data better than traditional models.
