Structured perturbations of group inverse and singular linear system with index one

In this paper, we study the normwise perturbation theory of singular linear structured system with index one. The structures under investigation are Toeplitz, circulant, Hankel matrices. We show that the structured condition number is smaller than unstructured condition number. For specific right-hand side, we present the condition number for structured system.
