Cotelescopes and derived limits

The construction of so called cotelescopes coTel 1 ( X ) for an arbitrary diagram of topological spaces is proposed, and the explicit relationship of homotopy groups π n ( coTel 1 X ) with the appropriately defined first derived limit of the corresponding diagram of homotopy groups is established.
