Generally-covariant and GL(n, R)-invariant models of self-interacting field of linear frames

We investigate a generally-covariant and GL(n, R)-invariant theory of a self-interacting field of linear frames. We derive general properties of basic quantities of this theory and prove the existence of a wide class of solutions of the field equations. For example, it turns out that semisimple Lie groups and some deformations of Lie groups provide an interesting and geometrically distinguished class of solutions.
