Investigation of the aggregation effectiveness of expert estimates obtained by the pairwise comparison method

The effectiveness of some methods of expert estimate aggregation in pairwise comparisons is analyzed, based on the simulation of possible expert errors. The aggregation methods’ effectiveness is considered in the sense of increasing the reliability of results. The application of the genetic algorithm for searching the maximum possible deviation in the results of pairwise comparisons is suggested. The combinatorial method of expert estimates aggregation is presented with relatively higher effectiveness.
