Abstract
α-Aminosilanes can be readily prepared by rhodium-catalyzed hydrosilylation of Boc-substituted enamines, followed by acidic removal of the Boc group. This convergent approach allows for the rapid synthesis of new aminosilane structures, useful for their bioactivity and unique reactivity.
