A new technique of estimating anodic and cathodic charge transfer coefficients from SOFC polarization curves

A new technique is presented for estimating cathodic and anodic transfer coefficients from SOFC voltage–current curves. The new technique for charge transfer coefficients is based on integral characteristics of fuel cell polarization curves. Experimental data from literature are used to illustrate the parameter estimation from SOFC current–voltage curves.
