Abstract
We investigated the dielectric properties for La0.53Na0.41−xLixTiO3 (x<0.26). The temperature dependence of the dielectric constant for x=0.00 shows the quantum paraelectric behavior. For other compounds, however, the anomalies caused by the jumps of Li ions between the off-center potions in the A-site and between A-sites were observed on the temperature dependence of the dielectric properties.
