Abstract
Semiempirical models describing the curve for boiling of a liquid on surfaces having porous coatings are proposed. The effect of the main operating and design parameters on the shape and the arrangement of the boiling curves is analyzed. The specific features for boiling water on a surface having a porous coating with channels for the discharge of steam are considered.
