Tunnel resonances for one-dimensional barriers

We calculate tunnel resonances for one-dimensional barriers. The method is based on an appropriate rational representation of the logarithmic derivative of the eigenfunction which leads to a quantization condition for the resonance energy as a root of a Hankel determinant. We test the velocity of convergence of the approach by means of model potentials and compare present results with the ones produced independently by another method.
