An observation on the mobility and the carrier effective mass in naphthalene

By relating the theoretical expression for the carrier mobility in naphthalene crystals as derived by Kenkre et al. with the phenomenological treatment in Silinsh and Čápek for the same compound, an equivalence is found between an empirical constant T0 described in Silinsh and Čápek and its microscopic formulation in the Kenkre et al. derivation.
