Abstract
Background
m of this study was to supply a scientific basis for uniting the normal reference value standard of hemoglobin of Chinese infant girls.

arch study was carried out concerning the relationship between the normal reference value of 3,771 examples of hemoglobin of infant girls and altitude in 40 areas of China. Normal reference values of hemoglobin of infant girls were determined by hemoglobincyanide method.

found that correlation of normal reference value of hemoglobin of infant girls and altitude was quite significant (r = 0.545). By using method of univariate linear regression analysis, the following regression equation is inferred:Ŷ=112.9+0.008978X±20.8.
