Explaining the relationship between the dimensions of social capital with intellectual capital in the general administration offices of Khuzestan

The aim of this study was to evaluate the relationship between social capital and intellectual capital in general administration offices of Khuzestan. The research method is descriptive and correlation. Statistic population of this research is all personnel general administration offices of Khuzestan in 2013-2014 whose number is 1210. Sampling method is random and sample size is 263. Data collection method was questionnaires of social capital and intellectual capital that their validity was determined with Cronbachʹs alpha 0.88 and 0.709, respectively. The relationship between each of the dimensions of social capital with intellectual capital reviewed and analyzed through the Pearson test. Results showed that there is relationship between social capital and intellectual capital. Also there is a significant and positive relationship between social capital with intellectual, cognitive and communicative capital in Khuzestan general administration offices.
