Radiothérapie cérébrale postopératoire : indication de l’irradiation en conditions stéréotaxiques

Le risque de réévolution intracérébrale à distance impose une stricte surveillance neuroradiologique afin de procéder à une éventuelle irradiation de rattrapage en situation asymptomatique.
