Rhabdomyosarcome botryoïde du col utérin : à propos d’un cas

Résumé bdomyosarcome botryoïde du col utérin est une tumeur rare de la jeune fille et de la femme en activité génitale. Une centaine de cas ont été décrits dans la littérature. Le traitement de ces lésions a évolué de la chirurgie radicale à la chirurgie conservatrice associée à une chimiothérapie adjuvante. Nous rapportons le cas d’une patiente de 33 ans atteinte d’un rhabdomyosarcome botryoïde du col utérin traité par l’association de chirurgie et de chimiothérapie et dont l’évolution a été marquée par le décès de la patiente dans un tableau de dissémination métastatique. ïde sarcoma of the uterine cervix is a very rare tumor of the young woman or during genial activity. Less than 100 cases have been reported in the literrature. The treatment ranged from radical surgery to conservative surgery followed by chemotherapy. We report a case of cervical botryoide rhabdomyosarcoma occured in a 33 year-old woman treated primary by chemotherapy followed by surgery and adjuvant chemotherapy. The patient died by extensive metastatic retroperitoneal nodes and lung.
