Hémangioendothéliome à cellules fusiformes du pharynx traité par irradiation

Résumé ngioendothéliome à cellules fusiformes atteint le plus souvent les extrémités. Lʹatteinte oropharyngée a été décrite une seule fois dans la littérature. Nous rapportons lʹobservation dʹun patient âgé de 41 ans qui a été opéré à deux reprises pour un hémangioendothéliome à cellules fusiformes oropharyngé. Le patient a été atteint en 2005 dʹune troisième récidive avec extension locale importante contre-indiquant la reprise chirurgicale. Une radiothérapie externe a été délivrée avec un bon contrôle local de la lésion. ہ la lumière de cette observation, nous discutons la physiopathologie de cette lésion rare et les différentes options thérapeutiques. e cells hemangioendotheloma generally reaches the extremities. Only one oropharyngeal localisation was described in the literature. We report the observation of a 41 years old patient who was operated twice for this localization. The patient presented in 2005 with a third recurrence with important local extension contraindicating surgical treatment. An external radiotherapy was carried out with a good local control of the lesion. In the light of this observation we will discuss physiopathology of this rare lesion and the various therapeutic options.
