  • Abstract
    Two novel iron(III)-selective hexadentate chelator-terminated dendrimers have been synthesized in high yields. MALDI-TOF mass spectra demonstrate that both dendritic chelators bind iron(III) efficiently. Preliminary studies show that these molecules possess a high affinity for iron(III).
